Northern Roots Massage & Wellness was founded by best friends and business partners, Britney Crowley and Katrina Malyk. Growing up with family ties in Manitoba's Interlake and deep roots in Northeastern Ontario, they share a love for community, connection and helping others.
Both Britney and Katrina took a longer road to discover their calling but found their true purpose in massage therapy. Their shared journey led them to Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy, where they developed not only their skills but also a genuine passion for supporting others on their path to better health.
Through massage therapy, they both combine their knowledge, compassion, and a natural desire to help people feel their best. Their goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can relax, restore and reconnect with their wellness.
I had a knee replacement issues and chronic pain in both knees. Katrina did a massage and cupping on me. After my session I was literally pain free. Katrina has a strong but gentle touch and knew exactly how to relieve my pain. I definitely recommend Northern Roots Massage & Wellness, they are knowledgeable, they actually listen to you when assessing your needs. I will not go anywhere else.
